The co-op’s Occupancy Agreement is like a lease. It sets out members’ rights and responsibilities as residents. This Occupancy Agreement is a document that is attached to the Rules and is also registered with the BC government. When you join the co-op, you agree to follow the terms set out in the Occupancy Agreement.
