These co-op policies were written specifically to help guide Pacific Park Place members in living together harmoniously. Under the Occupancy agreement, members agree to abide by the co-op policies. However, if there is a conflict or inconsistency between the Rules, the Occupancy Agreement and the policies, the Rules and Occupancy agreement govern.
