Rules & Occupancy Agreement

Pacific Park Place is a housing co-operative that is governed according to the BC Government’s Cooperative Association Act. Under this act, a housing co-op must be organized and operated on a cooperative basis. These Rules & Occupancy Agreement, including the Special Resolution, follow the requirements of the Cooperative Association Act and have been registered with the BC government. When you join the Pacific Park Place, you agree to follow the terms set out in these documents.

Pacific Park Place Rules determine how our Co-op is managed (e.g. meetings, voting, and membership).

Pacific Park Place Occupancy Agreement -Schedule ‘A’ to the Rules sets out Co-op members’ rights and responsibilities. 

Special Resolution to incorporate legislated changes made to the Cooperative Association Act in 2014.
